Please Do Not Disturb
A Podcast for Listening
Hosted by Your Ears

The entire idea is to promote listening. Uninterrupted free time. For oneself. Luxury, right?

Isn’t technology supposed to make things easier? Yet here we all are, waiting to be informed, or entertained, or engaged, or tagged, or liked. Our attention is now worth so much - but we just give it away. What would you do, if a podcast gave you back some of that time? It wouldn’t ask you to do anything but listen. Would you meditate? Maybe reflect on the day you had or the day to come? Or maybe you would worry about something. Or just listen.

Each week, a new episode of Please Do Not Disturb will be released. And each episode will have several minutes of that uninterrupted time. Only filled with ambient sound. Recordings of Nature, specific locations, regular everyday places - all sorts of sounds. But most importantly - nothing else.

And of course there is a catch. This podcast feed will always have five minutes of uninterrupted ambient sound. But only after a few commercials and messages. After all, your attention is valuable, and bills have to get paid. But after that is out of the way - the time is yours to do as you wish.

If you want to subscribe to a feed with over 30 minutes of uninterrupted, environmental audio, look for Please Do Not Disturb on Patreon. For a small monthly fee of $5.75, you’ll get access to the entire library of Please Do Not Disturb full length recordings.

In addition, you’ll receive location detail for each recording, imagery taken at each recording location, a haiku written about each recording location and access to any special release recordings.

And special to those who join via Patreon through December of this year, all episodes for the rest of this year are already available.

Thanks for your attention.
